Can I add more light when I'm already flowering.

Hi this is my first cfl grow and I'm about 3-4 weeks into flowering. My upper buds have lots of white hairs but my lower buds barley have any. How can I fix this? Can I add a lower light? I only use 4 23w cfl in a power strip for 2 small plants in solo cups.

i been adding lights through my whole grow,im about to add some lower bulbs,dont see how it can hurt,the plants look great so far

More light wouldn't hurt. I've added cfls to light up the lower branches between two plants.

Depends how large your space is, as far as how much do you need, but adding more will NEVER hurt.
MY first CFL grow, I vegged for 30 days, and 3+ months into flower before I added 200w more into the 2x2 space lined with Mylar, but from one plant got 2 3/4 oz. cured.
When you chop, don't be scared to chop only what is ripe, leaving as many fan leafs as possible, and leave the rest to finish.
