Can I clone an Auto once it's gone into Flower?

I may have waited too long to clone. I've been reading the last few hours, and it appears that I should have cloned a few weeks ago when it was still in veg. Am I right? I was going to pull from the plants in the back, and make 3-4 clones in the hopes that 1 would make it.

You can clone autos all you want. HOWEVER they are on a genetic time clock, so you can not keep them alive beyond that.

A clone taken in early veg might be able to be grown out to get some sort of flower off it. But it will flower at roughly the same time as the plant it was taken from. A clone taken in flower will stay in flower and won't produce anything or reveg to start growing again.

This is one of the main reasons I don't like autos. They can't be controlled, if you find some awesome bud, you can't save it, and they use WAAAY more electricity to grow.

If you want to, you can use colloidal silver to force the plant to make pollen. Seeds made from that pollen will be fem. If you only treat one branch and self pollinate the other parts of the plant, it will be a stable copy of the mother.

Not a difficult process, and certainly cheaper than $10/seed. Plus, if you live in a red state you don't have to worry about getting seeds in the mail.

You may be a a little late this cycle. You want to start just before the plant starts flowering and for a couple of weeks beyond that. You need time for the pollen sacks to mature, then for the seeds to grow and mature.
