Can I Clone Herbs From The Grocery Store?

I have an aerogarden that is used for herbs not weed.
I was wondering

1. Can I buy basil, thyme, oregano, mint, etc from the grocery store and stick them in the pods.

2. What method should i use to have them take root?

3. should i buy a cloning gel?

4 How many plants per pod should I have?
