can i cut a couple of the lower bud shoots off??

you see the branches with the buds on them at the bottom of the plant well i cut off 2 of them all readyand got a nice hyper buzz high and theirs still like 7 left would it be okay if i cut off like 2 or 3 maybe even 4 more of the lower branch bud shoots off would the rest of the plant still grow okay ?

these pics a couple days old the buds a little more mature now and i wanna little stast until the plant down harvesting ima prob harvest in 2 weeks

You sure can, but why are you wanting to? You want to smoke it?
If I were you, I would wait. Doesn't look like you're going to get much out of it anyways..
