Can I cut this piece off?

Hello! Looking for a little help... I'm kinda stressin about topping my plant, but I think it will have to be done and I'm guessing the sooner the better.

I put a little red mark where I would like to cut my plant. If I cut it right there, there will be 3 true nodes left; this doesn't count the node where the cotyledons is attached. What is likely to happend cutting it right there?
Should I cut it some place else?

I don't know why it attached the pictures like that, but I'm to lazy to do the editing, lol, hope it doesn't bother anybody. You can see in this last pic the height difference, there's actually 2 plants there, lol.

They'll be 3 weeks tomorrow!

my avatar pic is my Kush plant i topped .. make sure u use a clean razor or scissors to prevent any type of disease... take the 1-2 mins to clean your stuff

Nice, that's just 1 plant?

I just know if I don't cut this thing, it's going to just keep out growing the other plant... this will put it around the same height.

Yea it's just one plant I yielded 4 Oz dried and cured off the plant i topped ... You cant go wrong with topping .. Only More Buds GL On Your Grow Man ...
