Can I dry budz in my bathroom with steam?

So I got a question, I need to dry budz, I got a bathroom with a good extractor fan, built into the wall.. I got space to dry it, but .. I also need to shower, shit, shave.. nahmeen ? Will the steam and constant change in temperature and humidity fk up the drying process ?

I got no where else to dry, do I move the stuff out of the bathroom before I do my thing, or will steam not make any negative effect..

I’m going to use a blowing fan in the bathroom without closing the door. Keep in mind the heat and humidity in my area are stupid.. temp is around 25-30 Celsius, 85% humidity. more or less

so, can I shower in my bathroom while the Maryjane is drying ?
or is this an obv no no

I just want to see a pic of the grow.
I mean 85% RH ... steam is the least of the worries.

This is a question for when I decide to start growing, it will be outdoor grown on my balcony, I’m just thinking in advance for when it comes to time to dry. I mean, 85% humidity, will this be a problem for when I decide to grow lol ?

No, you’re asking for mold and mildew that way. You need a cooler and dryer environment than that.

You guys are trolls man, I’m just asking lol.. I guess the moisture in the shower will stay in the buds, you know, I’m a newbie, came here for legit answers.. not for some smeely answers..

Should I just grow in a tent ? And dry the buds in the same tent, just without the lights ?
Would that be better

Just make sure you have a little air flow so the moisture of the fresh buds don't build up in the tent. Dont just zip up a tent air tight and come back later. A small USB style desk fan should work. Just something strong enough to exchange the air in the tent, just moving the air around in a zipped up tent might not be the best.

I'd imagine with your RH already being so high the added steam from the shower wouldn't be good.
I grow in my ensuite bathroom which I'm the only one to shower in.
I dried my buds in my other bathroom that 4 other people shower in. My RH in the bathroom I was drying in was between 45-55% so the steam helped bring it up a bit. My buds seemed to dry ok, in 8 days.

Yo, thanks for that.. so if my humidity wasn’t so high, it would have been okay. But because it’s so fked, it wouldn’t be a good idea.

A lil 2 x 2 x 4 tent is like 25 bucks to dry in

25 bucks to protect your 4 months of growing, without it you might be smoking hay

I wouldn’t dry/cure in a bathroom. Too much humidity. Get a cheap bamboo trellis and hang it on a wall or back of a door in a room that is cool and dry. Fasten the branches to that and in a couple weeks test for a snappy break. Then you can take it down.

Use a cardboard box before using a bathroom man. Everyone has a cardboard box sitting around. Set it in a cool dark area poke a few small holes on each side with a small fan facing it. Gives a little movement inside the box but you dont want a lot at all just enough for fresh air to get in and let the old out. You can run strings through the box to hang the buds. Fast setup, free and easy to build.
