have you looked into toppin them or fimming, lst theres lots of options but if your hip to all that and are ready to go wait till day 30 of veg and release the beast.

htm. the bigger the plant the more bud it will have. plan on it growing a foot or two during flower (depending on ur methods). use that simple info and make a decision. i would wait at LEAST a month.

why are they still in those dixie cups? You need to transplant into atleast 2 gallon pots....

unless you top them, I would start flowering at around 6"
