Can i give my 1 week autos nutrients

I was thinking to give my 1 week autos grow big since they have about a 8-10 week span. I used fox farm soil which already has nutrients should i wait another week. The plants are starring to devolve their second node. I was thinking maybe I can put less then a half a teaspoon into a gallon of water

if you are growing in soil...depending on whats in there you might not have to feed until flowering.Inconsistancies of soil is one reason i just dont care for it.
