can i grow weeeeeed?? pls help

Look I can't see a problem growing it in there but you will need good air circulation and a fan on them to strengthen stems. Also it could be hard to maintain ideal temps which is about 70-80 Fahrenheit. A nice high humidity is also good for veg I think 55%-70% I could be out on the humidity though.

With the soil I really can't help you I'm having trouble in Australia finding a good soil. Like I mentioned I'm also a new grower .

Something to consider growing in that wooden cabinet you have is that if you are growing seeds from a local variety it is most likely a pure or nearly pure sativa strain and it will take some serious training to keep it contained in that area and the flower time will be pretty long so I'd only keep your light on for 12 hours a day and hopefully it will start flowering in a couple weeks.

Also, it may be possible to grow a plant under a incandescent light, but it would be better to get some CFL's like Grow4you mentioned. They put out more light with a lot less heat.
