Here is a pic of my bud at week 9 day 1 of flower I was planning on harvesting at night around 6 hours after the lights turn off 
Can I harvest ? Should I?

It's tough to say without a magnifier but it seems there's some clear trichomes still and no amber ones; you'd be best to leave her be for at least another week, preferably two. Keep checking trichomes and she'll tell you when she's ready.

I was just curious because I'm having awful light stress issues and all my fan leaves are turning white and burned and falling off
