can i lst a flowering plant. (12/12)

I know LST is to get more colas but can i do it on a 12/12 just to keep the height of the plant down?

Its about 3 weeks old , but when it first sprouted I watered it and it kinda leaned over. After that it didnt grow for about a week or so. But now its moving quickly

Under 5 23 watt 2700k 1700 lumens , with computer fans as intake/outake vents. Foxfarm ocean/forest and a little perlite. 1.5 gallon bucket.
