You could just reveg that plant and take clones later.
Leave the lower larf buds to reveg and sprout new growths from.
Put it to 24 hours of light for a week and take an hour off each week till your at 18/6. Should be well underway to regrowth by that point.

I cut the plant down to an inch above
The lowest half decently sized larf buds. Then leave those buds as a source for new reveg sprouts to shoot out from. You can get multiple crazy shoots out of the bud formation.
It takes time for the plant to recover from shock then to reveg.
Give it time, don't overwater or overfeed her. It takes anywhere from 3 to over 6 weeks to start the reveg process on different plants.
You'll see new smooth round edged leaves sprouting, then you know your on your way!
