It looks waaay more ready then when you started this thread. I'm sure you can see the difference. I would say you are in the harvest window.
It appears that most of the stigma(pistils) have turned reddish and shrunk towards the buds. The bracts(calyxs) appear much more swollen showing they have put on density and are ripening.
If you like the condition of the trichomes at this stage you can totally harvest the plant and have a good outcome!
Just flush like you were, stupid old debate and people will tell you to do both. I flush my plants with a week of Flawless Finish and then pure water for a few weeks and the buds are super sweet and clean. Give them some more time and harvest when you start seeing some amber tricomes appear.
You still have like 2 weeks after bananas pop up, seeds won't form until they start bursting. I wouldn't wait too long though or there will be small green seeds in the buds
