Can i place plant outside to flower?

hello im not that experienced with growing so im a noob so go easy on mee!!! my plant is a little over 13 inches tall! its been under 24h of florescent lights and its really bushy and looks great! but its outgrown the gutted dresser i have them in
but my question is can i place it outside from now on so it can flower?
cause i sure dont want to flower it under florescent lights!
the reason i ask this is because i some times take my plants outside for some sunlight during the day but the leaves get droopy and kinda fall down! then when i put it back under the lights the next day the leaves are back up and look really good? why does it do that?

thanks in advance to those who help me out!

All I can think is that when they go outside for a period, they dont have enough moisture in the soil to sustain direct sunlight and increased temp.Fluorescents dont really put a huge demand on the plant. Yeah, you should be able to flower outside if they are accustomed to the sunshine, and given that you are in a area thats getting 12hrs or more of darkness every day.I would moderately shade them for the hottest part of the days for about a week or so to they get used to the UV.And make sure you are gonna have enough time to flower outside or you will have to bring them back in to finish. ??????????????????????????????????????????????

well i been taking em out for sunlight for a few days.so hopefully they been getting used to the sun because they been under lights there whole life.. im going to take your advice and place the plant in a semi-shaded area for the hottest part of the day! and for the darkness yess in my area it gets dark preety early.. and as for the time i can leave them outside for whole flowering period because my fam. knows about my plants and they dont mind one bit =D
