My thoughts on trimming it. Is because I’d rather the plant use it’s energy on new growth. Instead of it wasting its energy on leaves were yellow. And also weren’t going to bud much anyways. If you think I should leave it. I’ll definitely follow your advice. I’m a new comer so any advice helpsCl,
Not sure I understand why you want to trim them. Even if yellowed a bit...there's still plenty of N there that the plant would use if you just leave it. Don't defoliate till you understand why and how to do it. They are the plants energy source...

Leave them for now. They are still valuable to your plant. The energy that your plant uses to grow new leaves...comes from the old leaves. My thoughts on trimming it. You can tell when a leaf is dead. totally dried up. I pluck them off at that point.Let them fall off naturally? I don't defoliate unless I have a real reason.
Okay got it. Thank you for the tips. I’m glad I asked.Leave them for now. They are still valuable to your plant. The energy that your plant uses to grow new leaves...comes from the old leaves.
Pruning should be a part of a plan. If you need to control height...topping should be considered. That sort of thing. But defoliation on a vegging plant like that makes no sense.
A better question might be...why are they yellowing? If you want to explore that...you will need to give more info on the grow.

Also reason for yellowing is what I believe to be nute burn early on maybe like 2 weeks in. Ever since she went into the new soil. She has been doing wayyyy better. That’s how the other plant looked when it went in the new pot and it’s doing great so I expect the same. Compost tea and it’s new home help fixed the issue.Okay got it. Thank you for the tips.
