Can I put may fan on top of my plant all day with lights on

Yh mate only a few fings easy to sort the carpet needs to be coverd as wen it like that it will hold all the moisture same as if u have soild walls not wood and will cause the temp problems as lights go of the carpet will get cold sounds daft but my mate kind of had the same if u cover the room and mke it air tight then it will alot easy for you to control temps try get the light abit higher and even if u have to get a heater just to make sure says abit hot looking good tho

How can he leave his fan on for 24/7 wen his lights go out it will make thr plant to cold and go easy below 13c these are my incredible no fan just intake 3weeks from seed
