I don't know, can you? It's just part of the process - everybody does it! Just do it as gently as possible, you'll be fine.

Reporting plants is fine. Any plant pretty much can be reported. Which reminds me I need to repot a new lemon tree I have :)

You can, just be careful and try not to disturb the root ball too much, and do it at least a few weeks before flower, since there is no reason to repot if you plan on flowering soon anyways

Yes, you can put your plants into coco coir without hurting them.

When transplanting your plants make sure the soil is moist, take a butter knife and slide it along the edges of your pot to loosen it up. Then rest the plant stem between your fingers on top of your palm, turn your pot upside down to drop out the plant, root ball, and any dirt that may be attached. Put this beautiful clump into a similar sized hole in your new pot and you're good to go.

When transplanted smoothly, your plant will show minimal stress and should continue right on growing.

I always break apart the outsides of the old soil mass too, helps it bind better to the new soil
