Can i smoke this by christmas

This was my first plant grow its nothin to brag about but i wanna smoke it by christmas if it does anything ill b cool cause i got many other plants that are way better than this so i just want it as a small present for that day but idk if it will be ready but i hope

If it is not ready, cant tell from this pic, just take a small branch off the lower section a week before christmas. Let it hang the hole time and use a grinder on christmas. If you grind it you can smoke it.
 
It seems apparent that you already have your mind made up so there is no point 1000 people telling you it 100% will not be ready by christmas.

But at the end of the day you can smoke anything so long as it's been dried.
 
Your wrong the dude with branch idea had best offer to both sides still gettin high and still growin more bud for later
 
Not trying to sh*t on your parade, but is there a possibility that plant is a Hermie? I think I see a cluster of balls (right in the middle of the pic). Have you checked her lately? Anyways, good luck and Happy Holidays!

You can chop anything down and smoke it at Christmas (I'm going for the big blonde who lives down my road) ;-)

But you aint gonna get a buzz of that plant mate.
 
As said, one can smoke ANYTHING if it's dry enough, but if you want to wait for it to ripen, dry and cure it properly​, NO.
 
No offense, but why do people posts pics, and ask if it will be ready by a certain date? Its a plant, and each strain has a life cycle until maturity. It's not ready until you can confirm it with amber trichs in a jewler scope. Nothing can make it ready by the date you want. Its ready when its ready.

Not sure, male flowers in the bud do not usually look like 'balls', they look like bananas and are bright yellow. They, in my opinion, are easier to take off than the cluster balls... Just take a steralized extacto blade and you can pop them off at the base. These do not look hermied to me. I could be wrong though :)
 
OP, I would let them go up to the day you want to smoke them, then just do a quick dry on them... you will like it better than chopping earlier and drying that way (since you will not get a good cure anyway and you will have more time for trichs/thc to form) Just my 2 cents. I have one that will be chopped on Monday, dry for a couple of weeks and cure (though some of the popcorn buds can be cured a bit faster due to size and will probably be my Christmas bud) In my days of purchasing, I would never get good bud that often, but during this time of year I would score what I call "Christmas bud" cause it looked more like a Christmas tree. Now with growing, I have Christmas bud all year round LOL.. Good luck and happy holidays!

I agree.... I need to clarify that you did not need to chop the whole plant, but only some small buds that are closer to the top... if you have gone that route. I did not prune correctly so I got a lot of smaller side branches that popcorn budded on me... those I have for the taste test (but they are 69 days into flower as well) I would weight if you can get a hold of some 'Christmas tree bud' :)
