Can I start flowering with only 138w cfl

So I think I supercroped her. I took that main stem and bent it 90 deg 3 nodes down from the top until I felt a little pop but it doesn't appear broken at all and than I tied this little biatch down so she remains in the position :-) not the best pics... Did I do it right? Is there anything else I can or should do? I also changed the res and added fresh nutes. Is a 5-7 days enough time for her to recover? Can I pull 3 clones from each plant come Friday and put these girls into a larger res than Tuesday make the switch with the hps?

Might as well show off the roots they're a little brown up at the top but think it's from the nutes. It smells fine and isn't slimmy at allimage.jpg
Should I remove this? There is a few lower leaves like this. I had a pH issue and wasn't using calMag none of the new growth has anything on it. The smaller plant (not shown) was originally bigger and had longer and more roots. Once I started the calMag the plant shown shot up and the other hasn't really moved much at all. Could the bigger one being stealing all the nutes? I know I shouldn't have 2 different strains together and I won't come my next run. This is all a trial with my freebie seeds

Thanks all you guys for the replys!! Awesome!! I also kinda wanted to put her to flower soon bc $$ are going down and I figured let me get this down harvest and I'll have clones and seeds vegging for 6weeks for my next run. So as these are get tubing harvested something yummy will be right behind it 4 weeks or so later. :-) but yea if I can tie her down and train her a bit I'm sooo down.

Soo I've watched a million videos on training but I'm nervous. Can I go a few nodes down on that main steam do a twisty twist and bend that b*tch over? Bc I've tried that and heard a littl snap and in a day it's back straight up and with no mark where I bent it. So should I bend and tie it?

Like I said I think I'm just nervous about p

u can be ruff man just dont be brutal i feel on one my outdoor plants on a smack high but she all good just one big super crop

grab the stems pinch untill u here a crunch then bend her the way the light is iv near on snaped em off bita cotton tap all good btw last year i split a pound plants straight down the guts like this at 40sec in
but she pushed on thru and shot out 4 more ounces for me ;)

Thanks man. That's pretty much what I did. Saw a vid saying twist it a bit than bend it over and hear snap. I did that and heard the snap. Do I only do it to the main stem or anything with nodes? Should I leave it tied down?
