Can i start in July?

Plan is to put the plant somewhere on my attic near window and let sun do the thing,can i start to grow now or its too late? I read that location where you live is important too so i live in Croatia,As i got one indoor plant i wish to have 1 outdoor if i can call it outdoor cuz im put her on sun light.And how many lumens does sun give you anyway?

The plant will need a minimum of 6-8 hours of direct light to properly grow, which is almost impossible unless the window is 10' wide X 8' high or more. the room will also need fresh air so the plant can grow, does the attic have enough air flow to grow? Growing indoors with sunlight can be VERY tricky, but it is possible...

If you live in southern croatia everything should be perfectly fine, perfect growing conditions. if your in the north (Zagreb Etc) you might need to do a bit more work to make sure the plant gets everything it needs.

July is a perfect time to put clones out. its a little late for seeds, but depending on the strain they might still finish.

I live in North in city named čakovec,anyway its really hot in attic and windows are not so big so i guess il need to plant it somewhere else Im growing skunks tho
