can i start my seedlings in a 13cm pot ?

i have a seedling that i started in a plastic cup but the cup is abit fucked, can i get rid of the cup and put it in a 13cm pot ?

Yes. Just be careful to watch the orientation of the taproot.

i would wait a little while i would never want to stress out a seedling that could mean MAJOR problems
