I used to play classical music after seeing a "60 Minutes" piece in the early 1970's. Time lapse photos showed plants moving (imperceptible to the human eye as it is so slow) to music compared to control plants with no music. So I played classical music for them. Then read the beat is what the plants pick up on and metal provides it. They are listening to "Fear of the Dark" by Iron Maiden as I write.
