My prediction, if you are capable of pulling this off, is you will see a very small and statistically insignificant difference. Further you will incur other costs that will render it equipose. You can't do this with just 2 plants you need to work out how many you have to grow so it will be a viable experiment and not simply random chance. I suggest using a sample size and confidence interval calculator since I doubt you have the mathematics.
