Can I Take Early Test Bud?

Hey do you guys think I should wait about 1 week until I try a test bud or sooner? If later, how long? My main reason for asking is that this is my first plant so I'm still learning but very anxious to test my product. Also, if I pluck a bud that's still growing, will more bud grow in its place?

Better to wait if you can. Don't want unnecessary stress to your girls during the best part.

No, if you pick it off bud won't grow back.
