Well, you could advise people to do what you should have done, and have them read the MMPR Act. Then they'll understand there's no place for a business model like your super nice ceo's in it that's not entirely exploitative of the very people that you say you want to help.

You paid them money and got fuck all in return, and now you're working for them for free. I'm sure those conditions will improve dramatically on your official start date, though.
I mean, based on my experiences with this, and I don't want to simply viciously discourage you because there is a genuine cause, with genuine people who do need help, or at least some fucking consideration for once and by people who aren't just trying to fuck them over, one of which you may be as well, most such characters that I've encountered are scheming, self serving frauds above all else. It's like watching the same movie a twentieth time.
Meantime, be careful who you hitch your cart to, or what. Maybe you have a lot of energy and are presently driven to do a lot of positive things with it. But those things you listed? You just don't need a fraudulent nice guy CEO for. And ultimately, doctor's organizations will be educated by their own literature, which comes from pharmaceutical companies, always.

Maybe then we can hypothesize as to what a good chance might be. "Legalization" can take on many meanings. Some are even already arguing that it's effectively legal, for all practical considerations. All you need is an ability to afford a 400 dollar Skype call to get boned by a fraud for info that should be readily available, and a willingness to completely discredit yourself doing it.
