can i use Hydroponic Nutrients for a soil grow

i got some Hydroponic Nutrients for free advancednutrients bloom grow Micro can i use these for soil grow yes or no my plants are 4 days olds there in foxfarm soil with perlite70/30 mix doing good i got about 4 to 5 weeks befor i start Nutrients need get things going befor then need a little help on what to get for Nutrients

How do you do this? Just mix with water, oviously. I mean what ratio would you use? Does it say on the bottles? Never mind... just went and read the bottle and lo and behold, the info was right there in front of me...
