They are likely to cause stretch but if you have real problems keeping canopy temps up they might be helpful. I'd love to see what happens.

I might use HPS’s as main lights, can I use them for all stages ?

2 of those lights is 500 watts. Your better off just getting another 600wat hid light, at least the hid will far far out perform the infrared heat lamp watt for watt in actually growing some healthy plants and will cover quite a large area compared to those bulbs. I suppose you could use one bulb in your room for 15 mins at lights off time. It should trigger flowering quicker, but you'l have to see how wide the red band spectrum is in the bulb.
