can i use these lights

right guys i know nothing so if this an idiotic question let me know i only have my plant on my windowcill u see because i only have one plant im not taking it too serius but i found some lights in my cupbaord and want too know if they could help my plant at all if they cant tell me and if they can tell me whens best too shine the light on my plant and any other tips would be great im gonna show a photo of the light and i can use more than one if needed i have 20 of them lol

CFLs are great to start with but you will want an HPS light eventually.

A good HPS light will pay for itself the first harvest.

That for flower 2700 warm/soft... a 6500 cool/daylight for veg.. more lights = more weed = :):)

For veg 2 x 26 watts on a Y splitter per plant..$13.00.. I've done 3 vegs with them

so i can use just one of them lights on a 12/12 to make my plant flower ? oo and couldnt i just use more than one of them lights for the veg stage ?

Add some cool ..I now use a T12 plant /aquarium (1) in veg now and its a dual, but I do add blue veg (2 x T5's)..

so i need some cool lights ? and i read that it is best to have a mix what would be the best watt to use ? and will i be able too put them lights i already have with it try not too get too technical i a beginer
