Can i use water for coco every day?

What brand of coco are you using? If it is straight coco/perlite with no other food source you will need to be feeding it at least every other watering with some type of nutrient line.

When running coco coir you never just water. I feed mine daily until I get 10% run off. And yes they are small for one month. I usually veg for 6 weeks before flipping to flower.

You'll want to cover the plants if outdoors when running coir too, so the rain doesn't wash them out.
