Can it be saved?

Hi guys, I've been growing this little one from seed since October, there were ups and downs, but this is so far the biggest obstacle.
It's quite small, and the leaves are dying.

It's under full spectrum 600W, 17/7, growing in coco.
Temperatures vary depending on outside temp, but at the moment, the air coming in the tent is 23°C, and 28°C by the time it goes out.
I know it's way too hot, but the yellowing and curling/drying of the leaves may be due to other issues.

I do have a nasty gnats infestation on the surface of the coco, I've tried soaking it in hydrogen peroxide solution (3%, 1/4), but it didn't do anything.

Couple of months ago I suspected a nutrient lockout, so I flushed it. Since then, I tend to circle the nutes and never overdo them.

I'd be grateful if anyone can help!

The photos are from 10 days ago, it gradually got worse since then :(

One more thing, I rarely water it, once in 10 days, as it takes really long time to dry, although the drainage is good (it's in a 10L bag).

I have never seen a grow bag that looked so much like a trash bag...are there any holes on the bottom?

Yep, plenty of holes in this trash bag . I do let it soak for couple of minutes. Strange thing, humidity is low too, and only the top layer of coco dried out easily. This medium is always moist, incredible..

That is how you do it in coco
Never dry it’s basically hydro

See that snow outside? That's why...that's why the artic is a desert...its winter. the air cant hold any moisture...no moisture moves. The water in ur pot cant go up in the air and go whisping around. No evaporation, just stagnant...everywhere. Even indoors it's crushed.
Edit,typo, cant evaporate

Were you ever planning to flower this thing?

That's because your soil is wet all the time, bud. Let it go dry. But first, kill this plant and start over.
