my friend broke off about 1 ft. long branch from his Grandaddy Grape. so i brought it home and put it in some of that foam for clones. Now 2 days later this is the branch. it drooped a bit but i dont see no leaves dying off.

My question is should i keep it like it is or cut off all the sprouts and try to clone those instead?

any help is much appreciated,
thank you

it needs to be treated like a clone with Clone-X and use a razor to split the stem in 4's and replant. I dont think it will take but you never know. Bounce a baseball off your friends head for being a clutz.

the soil is sucking all the moisture out the plant...ppm gradient..... put it in a glass of water, till you can get a decent cube of rockwool. keep it in a cheap foil tray, or tupperware container, and water it 2-3 times a day, untill it roots. a little clonex goes a long way... you might be too late though. that lady looks awfully sick.

i been giving it a cup of water 2 times a day

ok i will try that 5toned. its curved like that because i put a 2 liter over it to act as a humidifier the branch is still pretty strong.
so should i keep that 1 big branch or try to make several clones off it?

thanks again

stop giving so much water .
two cups a day is very much .
weed actually can thrive in dry conditions .
you let the soil dry out ,
then give it a good watering , and it will
gain in height .
marijuana plants love when you water em just every 2-3 days.
not a cup 2 times a day .
You could get rootrot with that .
but don't over stress them if you plan on laying off the water .
just water regularly like 2-3 days and you will be fine .

a trick to know if it needs water .
dip half of your index finger in the soil .
just half .
and if it is moist then it doesnt need water .
dont water just because the top soil is dry..
chances are the bottom soil still has a good percentage of water in it.

lol it hasnt even rooted yet and u guys are telling him to dry out. i would prob take off a few leaves. KEEP THAT THINGS LEAVES MISTED WITH WATER if you cant get her in a dome to keep the humidity up. its wilting cause its dry. def gonna need some kinda rooting compond if ya want the thing to go anywhere farther than what it is. ur rooting area has to stay warm.....around 75 80. goodluck and u could still recover. goodtimez
