Can it preflower as a hermie?

I just switched my lights to 12/12 a week ago, and today when I wake up I am extremely saddened to see balls preflowering on one of my plants. But I also see my other things growing upwards and at the top of the plant it looks as though it is starting to form a big bud. Can plants preflower as hermies or do they turn hermie after they start to flower? sorry about no picture. Ah this just pisses me off causse seeds are so hard to come by for me, ive only had 3 bag seeds inlike 6 months and none have turned female yet. Any help would be much appreciated. Im hping it is just a hermie, because right now, that is better than nothing.

I had my bagseed pre flower hermie in 2 weeks of flower. I had pistols & balls. So i guess its possible I guess it all depends on genetics
