Yes most but it's not impossible to not be happy when having money. I already know how I would spend my money if I ever when the lotto or something, buying a boat and traveling land to land smoking different kinds of weed all over the world, and it's basically cheaper everywhere else, so I could live on it forever.

Shit, give me a million bucks and that's a lifetime for me.

Would you be happy if you had cancer? Would your pieces of paper fight cancer cells from destroying your body?

I've seen a study stating that yes, money does cause happiness. But only up to a certain point. Eventually managing your substantial wealth becomes stressful and burdensome. Your friends, and family come asking for hand outs. You question who are your real close ones.
I don't think that's entirely true.
The ones that come running as soon as you inherit/ windfall, whatever, those are the ones you know are not real 'friends'.
But, in answer to the original question, it sure the fuck wouldn't make me sad.

sure, money can buy you happiness (ski trip vacation)... but, maybe not a total sense of happiness (Nirvana).

compare the stress of not being able to afford food to the eustress of being able to donate $50,000 worth of food to a local food bank.

it's not the be-all end-all in happiness, but it sure helps...

To say $ doesn;t buy you health is pretty stupid. If Magic Johnson didn't have tons of it, he would have been an aids statistic 15 years ago. Health is very expensive and many people die because they cannot afford it.
