Can my new LED damage my Eyeballs!!??

Ok so as a newb I just got my LED today. I read about the intensity being hamful to the human eye. So I have a pair of dark shades on now when I enter my area like 007! I know not to stare directly into the light like a fool, but am I relatively safe with dark glasses on when I go in there to make adjustments during the day?

yes they can def hurt your eyes, do not look directly at ANY light, no matter what kind it is.

Don't walk into the light, or you will get zapped like a bug
