Can Rockwool be reused if seed or clone did not take?

I could not find any previous post regarding the reuse of rockwool when there were never any roots in them. I have about 15 small rockwool cubes that I tried to root clones in but the clones died and did not root at all. Can the rockwool cubes be used for my next batch of clones, or do I have to start with brand new cubes? I know that one cube roughly cost $0.11, I would like to recycle, but not if it is going to cause problems for my next attempt at cloning in rockwool. Thanks

I had jiffy pots that i used But the seeds didnt germinate so after 3-4 days i dug those seeds out and replace it with new seedlings and it worked fine
