can some one help diagnose my plant

For the run down the plants are in some random generic soil with 30 % perlite mixxed in (it sadly turned out to be miracle grow perlite so it added a little bit of nutes 0.07-0.07-0.07) i have been giving it a 1-1-1 npk every 1 and a half weeks to not burn it i cant recallhow long they have been growing sence to this coronavirus shit. But beleive its been4-5 weeks there grown under a 85 true watt led pannel Whats wrong here?

You may want to consider up potting your plants and at the same time, upgrading your soil / medium. Good luck.

I agree that it’s time to transplant. If you are new to growing then I would suggest logging everything you do, on a daily basis, into a spreadsheet (or on a notepad). It will not only help you keep track of the age of the plant, but it will also give you something to look back on to make adjustments for the next batch of plants.

At that age you dont wanna feed them nutes much .., think you need to just let them grow and transplant
