Can somebody please tell me how to wire this new fan speed controller (5 step)

I have this new 5 step fan speed controller which Im planning to connect to my Ruck fan (similar to RVK fan) but Im not certain on the wiring diagram can somebody please assist me in stating where the fan wires & power supply wires should be link.

Just so you know my Ruck fan has 3 wires: EARTH/LIVE/NEUTRAL.
Same with power supply (U.K. specs as I am in the U.K.)

At a guess i would say connect the live (usually brown in the uk) to the L, the neutral (usually blue) to the N and the earth (usually yellow/green) to the Pe.
I'm not an expert so I would recommend contacting the person you bought it off to make sure, you don't want to blow it!
