Can somebody tell me what the hell this is?

One of my plants has been like this for about 4 days, I checked my PH and it's 5.8 I havent gave it any nutes and my other plant looks fine and its had the same treatment, I'm using 4 150 watt and 4 23 watt cfls my box temp is good, I water whenever every other day or when dry. It looks like some kind of def. to me but I don't have enough expeirence to know for sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

looks like mag. def. use epsom salt you can get it at any walgreens cvs wally world etc. on the back of some packages it gives mixing instr. think its couple tsps per gallon? or something like that.

i would say it is mg as well..
head over to the indoor growing section and then hit up the plant hospital.
they have pictures of plants with various deficiencies and how to remedy them.
