Can Someone Advice Me Please

Yo, i got a hydro grow cumin up, im using 3 flo gro 500 tubs, i want to grow from seed this time around, but the seeds i want are only available in regular so shall i germinate all 18 of em and stick em in rockwool cubes until they show their sex???

Not sure how long itll take before i can see if they male or female? Il have to plant them in the clay pebbles before they outgrow the rockwool cubes but wont know which 3 to pick unless i can tell which are female already. will they show their sex before then??

It takes about 4-6 weeks to show sex. Only plant all 18 if you want about 7-9 female plants. I've grown 6 and got 4 females once. I don't know what kind of space you have but I grow 2 hydro and get a little less than my old soil grows with 4.

Cheers mate, only thing i still need to know is i dont know which 3 to plant, i can only plant 3 so will it be alrite to leave all the plants in the rockwool cubes until they show their sex then just plant 3 females? Wont they die if i leave em in rockwool for 4-6weeks without planting??

they will get rootbound if you do that.... take a clone from each one, stick the stems in water, label them right, put em on 12/12... this will show you sex ina week or 2

You probably know this but you can put your plants into 12/12 straight away and as soon as they show there sex put them into 18/6

^^^ i was aware of this but hadn't thought about doing it, does this stress the plants out at all? any bad points to doing this?
