Can someone diagnose my plants? +Rep

Hey guys. So heres my 2 set ups. in the pictures the big plants are in a 5x5 hydro tent. in soil. under 400w hps and 250 MH. Strain is SuperLemon Haze x Bubba Kush. the big ones are like 3-4 weeks into flower, how do they look. they have been growing so slowly. i posted lots of pics. can you tell me what you think.

secondly. the little plants in the cups at the end up the photos. those are the same SuperLemon Haze X Bubba Kush. they are like 3 weeks old. notice how the growth on the if call messed up. it kinda look like lettus lol. like the new growth deffs does not look like pot leafs.

any info would be great. thanks guys!!

maybe lower your ph to 6.5 ppm i high for my taste as well i dont like going over 1.4ec ever

the ones in the cups look great though

I've grown both those strains. Your plants look great to me. Those leaves are so full of nitrogen that some are nearly black; great job!! My SLH and BK grew slowly too but the SLH sure is some great smoke!! That first hit feels like it has ice in it.

the big ones in the tent tho. they look all right. but they are growing very very slowly. i though the plant was supposed to double in size when you flower it

LOL, or Bubba's super lemon hazy kush. Overwatering will stunt their growth; it's like a near drowning experience for them. The top third of the root ball is for absorbing oxygen. The leaves absorb CO2 but the roots, O2. It's probably a combination of things why they are growing slowly. It could be the pH, a lack of a particular nutrient, or not enough light (or any combination). I would go through and check everything to make sure it's as dialed in as possible. They have to have light and lots of it to grow so if you can move your light(s) closer, then do that.

It does look like it could have been a tad overwatered, but overall looks good. Some of your leaves are just a little fluffy :)
