Can someone Diagnose this problem please

Hi I have a muti strain grow going on in an organic soil setup. Using the complete line of organic Humboldt nutes. Soil ph is 6.9. Temp day is 81 temp night is 73ish. On one plant the center of the leaves are turning a slightly lighter green color and on the other plant youll see the leaves are blotchy light green and looking like they are getting wrinkly. Im using 2 300w LED veg lights. The rest of the plants are doing amazing . Any help is much appreciated thanks guys.

How high are the lights?
What strain? Some are a bit slower to take off.
How old are the plants? They don't look bad but they appear to be bleaching a bit from too much light. Some of the hardiest strains you can give them a lot of light early but those look young.
What other lighting Any supplemental?

The lights are about 1 foot away from the top and there's hardly any heat being an led. I brought the th up a little because it was around the 30s or 40s consistantly . Maybe that was the problem ? The strain is Kalashnikova by green house seeds.

If there getting too much light will it affect the growth of the plant or just bleach the leaves ?

What soil exactly are you using? If your using true organic soil, there is no need to be fertilizing at this stage in the game. I can't quite tell from the pics, but the light will effect the newest and tallest growth first usually starting at the leaf tips. I have a hunch that your locking up nutes, and over watering. Again if it is true organic soil, at this point I would be watering every other day or even every two days and only using a spoon to just water lightly within the root zone, then just wait for the soil to get dry (probably dry enough for you to really want to water them), then wait one more day and water. Obviously, if you plants have been wilting they'll need water, I'm not saying starve them of water, but the soil surface does not need to be moist all the time.

Looks like too much light...Don't have any experience with LEDs but I know you can lift the LED lights a lot higher up and the plants won't stretch

These look really young. They don't even have any real leaves yet. The new growth is looking nice and green. It can sometimes be lighter than the older growth. If it is growing slower than the others, it might just be a runt. Not all seeds grow the same. Let it go. Don't panic. See how it looks in a week. If it was too hot, your leaves would be curling. Too much light shouldn't be a problem if it isn't flowering. The more light the faster the growth.

Use a spoon to water? Not a soil guy anymore but is it not the norm to water until run off. Also if its light burn would not all plants be effected? My plants new growth is always lighter. I honestly dont see a huge issue but newb here. 2nd plant is kinda wrinkly though. Could that be a PH thing?

I personally would not suggest watering until run off with a true organic soil grow until mid/late flower, then I think plants can benefit from a deeper watering with more time between. If this was a soilless medium grow then you would be correct as far as I've read, but I can only speak for true organic soil. As a personal rule of thumb I water with a spoon until I move from 4 inch pots, it really makes the chance of over watering minimal if you know exact how many ml and how often your seedlings get watered.

I was giving my og kush #18 plants too much heat/light early on and they looked similar to that 2nd picture...It was weird because I had two other strains going and they were thriving under the same conditions and even then out of the 3 og kush #18s I had going 1 was handling the light fine and the other two had wavy leaves and was curling up similar to the picture I was looking at.

Ah ok yes kinda makes sense I guess. I always watered my outdoor girls that were in 10 gallon bags till water poured out the bottom but not organic in the true sense I guess.
