Can someone Help me identify this plant?

So i just got this plant from my friend, it started outside, if I didn't take it, it would have been pulled up and destroyed. Now I couldnt have let that happen, so she or i think SHE, is added to the family. Sorry the pics where taken with a Low pixel camera.


EDIT: I was not specific enough I assume. Thank you justin. In eithercase, the sex of the plant?

i believe this is indeed a marijuana plant :mrgreen:
 
So no one knows if its male or female? i mean i do belive indeed it is female, but what about you experienced peeps?!
 
In the 1st pic there may be balls but its still too early to tell.. in my sig (charts) theres male/female pics.... luck.
 
I think ima veg it with the others untill i see a sign of sex? If male, it goes bye bye into the blender :D, if female.....^_^ well then we all know what happens!
