Hey I have this cfl lamp that says it has 1,400 initial lumens and 1,260 mean lumens. Does this mean I have 2,660 total lumens. Im not sure if you add the two together or go by one or the other. If somebody could help me it would be much appreciated.

No, initial lumens are the number of lumens you can expect from the bulb at the start of its life cycle.
The mean lumens is the lumens you can expect for the bulk of the bulb's life cycle.
Cfl's slowly degrade over time, losing lumens as it ages.
