Can someone please help pinpoint the deficiency

They are about 3 weeks old, I've been watering regularly when they dry out. Just hit them with a light dose of thrive alive and have been foliar feeding with it as well. The spots started before I fed them and hasn't gotten much better after feeding. Anyone know what the problem is here?

You have bugs bro. Most likely thrips from the pattern of the damage. Use some Neen oil, will clear them out. Good luck.

Yerp thrips...I recommend a product with Spinosad in it
