Can someone tell me the difference in Cali vs mi med law

Yeah I read the whole law like three times and checked norml page but it's kind of vague

Oh, you just said "and if you think..."

I would figure that they would, assuming it's all within legal boundaries... I would recommend though that if one were to open, it would need to be very secure, keep flawless records, keep reasonable prices, and show support to the MMJ community and not just some bank account.
