Can somewhat help me out? (hash question)

Okay, my grow is pretty much over. Harvested the final plants today save two cola's that I want to get more amber before I whack.
This year, I left he under-cut's/foilage in place. Trich laden, but a bit immature for my tastes (not to mention pain in the ass trimming). Since I pretty much have all the smoke I will need for 2011, I want to make some more hash.
Last year, I did the blender method. I got some pretty good hash out of it too; so much so that I still have some 2009 hash left over (shit knocks me on my arse!).
I would like to make a better batch this year.
Would one of you vet's mind pointing me to a thread or g-search for what you consider the best method of making hash? I don't have cash for bubble bags, but have a limited budget if I need to purchase anything..

Any help would be appreciated...

The pic of the "bin" is from 3 days ago. As of today, it is over-flowing and everything that is in it has a good deal of trichs!

edit: I should note that currently the bin is in front of the de-humid whilst the buds are hang drying...

I use an old recycled coffee grinder, and usually just smoke the kif. But yeah, I thought doing it this way may be better for your situation.

look for Cannabis Alchemy by D. Gold. It's the bible for extractions. Also don't neglect bubble bags (mechanical extraction), and butane tube methods (not covered in Cannabis Alchemy, but tons of info around about doing it). Bubble bags and butane are the easiest methods in my opinion, but the things you will find in Cannabis Alchemy are more thorough, and can result in higher concentrations and potency. They are more complicated though, and some of the methods in the book involve solvents that can be hard to obtain.

I personally much prefer oil extraction, but because of how easy and safe it is, it seems that most people make bubble hash.
