Can the Police

Hello, this is a very important, very serious question. I have been ratted out to the police as an pot grower by my neibor. We had a huge fight and he let fly the fact that I was growing pot outside. The police were at my house, I invited them in, they asked if it was true I said no. What at this point can the police do? Keep in mind I have Fertilizers in the mail on the way, as well seeds. Please don't answer this question if you don't the answer. My gut is burning already I don't need a bunch of nay sayers, or story tellers berating me, Thank You. At this point the police really haven't said anything, actually the only reason they were at my house was because of the fight, they weren't here for any other reason. Oh and I call 911, because the guy I got attached by was beating my ass. I said he concocted the story not to get into trouble. Please Help.

Well that location is over with for sure. I got busted last year for plants in my back yard behind a snitch. Find a new location to grow. Bottom line!

hey man tough brake that sux but as far as the local police busting you because of your neighbor saying something cannot happen in the legal world that is called "hear say" basically they have no proof that you are growing just someone you got into it with saying that you grow id say your safe for the time being. ferts dont mean shit and as long as the seeds are from a legit place your statement should just say you bought lights and they cant prove otherwise unless they get the product in their possesion.
just keep low and be cool for a while and you should be ok.

ps make up with ur neighbor otherwise your gonna struggle trust me ive been through the same shit with my neighbor threatening me.

that is a good idea. kind of a big deal (like anchorman lol) but a good idea.

If they didnt bust you right then and there, you should be ok if you get rid of all evidence.

just move. A) you hate your neighbor and he might not be done fucking with you. B) you wantto grow and your neighbor might not be done fucking with you.

No they cant bust you but they will do a knock and talk and if you answer the door they will say they smell weed and detain you until the k9 unit gets there. I know a great deal about this subject. You said you are moving out and that is a very smart move because you are now on there radar.

the police will be checking on you now for sure.

as for the stuff in the mail just wait for it to arrive. if and when it shows up don't start growing.

lay low for a while and you're straight.... don't smoke at your house, don't have pipes, ashtrays, seeds, shake lying around....don't give them a reason to 'smell pot' is what i'm trying to say.....

and never invite the police into your house again. when they knock, lock all the doors, close all the blinds, and go outside and lock the door behind you. once they're inside searching everything's fair game. that's why they go in pairs, once they get in, one will try to be left alone. either by going to the bathroom, or letting him/herself stray awkwardly so they can start opening drawers and searching rooms, once they're inside, you've consented to them searching n shit.......

if they call you to an interview, say you will not talk to them without an attorney present, and set a date so they can provide one for you...

if they pick you up to talk at your job or some shit, say you have nothing to say without a lawyer...

they'll try to get you when you're vulnerable. they'll let you sit for hours and hours in a room waiting....

just keep cool and remember they're not there to help you or to be your friend. they're there to arrest ppl and take them to prison.

They sure cared about my 10 plants! They treated me like I had a meth lab. My wife did not let them in but they grabbed me when they smelled it and put me in cuffs til the dogs arrived. Dont even answer the door and never say what the police can and cant do!

maybe you should take martial arts instead of growing weed.. then your nieghbour wont have to kick your ass lol.

Typically police are obligated to look into any reports involving drugs. Could be something as simple as your neighbor phoning you in on suspicion of smoking or selling weed, officers will have to make a personal appearance to investigate the matter. Most the time it ends with the first visit however like every one is saying, you probably are on radar now.

Damn dog you fucked up letting your neighbors know about your shit..
