yeah, sometimes it can but you can always add a support pole
There are worse problems to have than fat top heavy colas

Looks like you've got it covered. But yeah, it could with how small the pot is and how big that cola is.

Is there anything you could tie a piece of string to that would hold the cola upwards? That's an easy option here. Just don't forget the string is there lol my buddy did that this winter and stripped the main cola off his plant after accidentally swinging his arm into the string... It was a sad moment.

But yes if your plant hasn't grown large healthy branches then the weight of the buds can be too much.
