can u use a mirror to reflect light ?????

i got a big mirror and was thinking about using it to reflect the light in grow room wat do u think people i have tryed it and it looks like it is working ???????????

iv never used a mirror but from what iv read its not a good idea to use them due to the fact the reflect alot of heat

they apparantly trap more light that they reflect, go for matt white paint if money's real tight, even white paper
