The only way to have that similar effect would be if you were so stoned you laid down for like 30 minutes then stood up really quick while trying to relax. You'll go temporarily blind for like 5 seconds due to lack of blood. That's it.

if my grandma's got anything to say about it...yes. lol, my grandma used to seriously have a scary story for EVERYTHING.
Like the bathroom thing. She told me that once, this little boy went to the bathroom alone, and a group of older boys came in after him, and cut his *cough* off. I guess it really happened, the boy was the son of a cop, or something...or that's what I always heard.
That story scared me so bad, and I don't even know why. I mean, I don't have one to lose...but when I was a kid it terrified me.
